M0 - Introduction to M4 Team. Melbourne.

Who is the training for: Church planters and coaches.

The M0 training is for the church planter who plans to be a part of the M4 Team Process starting in February 2024 (Brisbane 21-22 of February, Melbourne 28 February to 1st of March). This is also a place where the coaches of church planters connect with planters and develop their plan.

Preparation:

When you register you will be sent a date for a preparatory zoom meeting on September 3rd (2:30-4pm). There you will be provided a digital copy of the M0 training manual (if you haven’t already downloaded it). We expect you to read 10 pages about “Biblical foundation for healthy team” and watch 4 videos to better understand the M4 Team process.

Content of M0 training:

• Understanding the M4 team process and the ABC of church planting
• Biblical foundation for working in team.
• Clarifying the vision, values and model of the church planting.
• Develop your team towards the M1 process in February 2024
• Plan for your team from September 2024 to Ffebruary 2025.
• Preparation checklist.
